We have been operating continuously since 1991, gaining over 30 years of experience working with clients, research centers, and leading market players in Poland and abroad. We are the authors and publishers of psychological tools and tests. Since 2020, we have been a member of the European Test Publishers Group (ETPG) — the most prominent organization uniting psychological test publishers across Europe. From the very beginning, we have been creating and delivering tools that combine contemporary psychological theory with modern IT technologies.

BioMan4R2
We are pleased to announce that ALTA is among the 25 finalists of the competition announced in April 2023 as part of the BioMan4R2 project (Biomanufacturing Eurocluster for Recovery and Resilience in EU).
The BioMan4R2 project, implemented under the European SMP COSME program, offers financial support to small and medium-sized companies operating in the biotechnology and medical technology sector, which want to increase their competitiveness and resilience to crises. By combining the forces of medical sector clusters from 6 European countries, including the Polish key cluster MedSilesia, coordinated by GAPR in Gliwice, it also facilitates building a network of SME contacts in these sectors.
The planned project will be the implementation of research and development work, which will ultimately lead to the development of the MEMORO psychometric test for memory assessment, expanding the current set of psychological tests in the OPTIMIS system. The OPTIMIS system is an innovative, comprehensive and modular diagnostic system, which is ALTA's own product currently being implemented on the Polish market. The project will result in an improved OPTIMIS System, expanded with the MEMORO psychometric test for memory assessment for the purposes of psychological diagnosis and support of neuropsychological rehabilitation. The test will be developed in Polish and English.
The recipients and target group will be healthcare system units (hospitals, psychological clinics) and psychologists and neuropsychologists working in them, operating in Poland and the broader European Union.
The project will conduct extended research on the Bulgarian, Romanian and Croatian healthcare markets in terms of the use and implementation of tests included in the OPTIMIS system in those markets.
